Question: Is there a good (free or inexpensive) program to hot-sync a USB flash drive from my Mac?

Background: I have a USB key that I'm CONSTANTLY using to move new versions of files from my Apple laptop to XP computers. I'm SO tired of trying to remember which version is the new version. Is there a good (free or cheap) solution available to ease my file troubles? I know I *could* just work off the USB drive, but I'm doing rather large MATLAB computations and need all the speed I can get.

Try Synk, I used it before I got my iBook (and then the MacBooks came out... o well). I still use it to do weekly back-ups to an external drive.

Basically it gives you an option to either "back-up" or "synchronize" different volumes. It's simple to use and gets the job done.
