Going Wireless?

Okay. After spending the last 9 hours trying to organize my work space by ziptying all the wires and cables and other various combinations, I've decided that I can't stand them. At all. So, I'm going out this Saturday and finally splurging on what I once considered superfluous products.

So I'm getting a bluetooth mouse & keyboard, WIFI card for my Windows PC, and anything else that'd come in handy.

But here's why I'm posting... I don't have a clue which products are good and which aren't. Every Google search just leads me right to the name brand sites.

So how is Apple's official wireless keyboard? I've read good reviews on it but I just wanted to be sure. Also, does it work with Windows?

Second, What's a good Bluetooth mouse? Normally I use Logitech mice, but I've tried the MX900 and don't like it. And I already have a wired Mighty Mouse, and while it's okay, I don't want yet another mouse where I have to constantly clean the trackball.

The end goal is to cut every wire I have plugged in minus the power cord and the DVI monitor cable.
