My Video Card isn't working

I have a Powermac g3 blue and white 350mhz, 576mb ram, mac os x 10.4.8. I purchased a nvdia e-geforce fx 5200 and I put it into my mac and when I booted it up everything worked except the monitor. I was wondering if anyone could help me or could I flash it?

ANY HELP APPRECIATED!!!

There is also a forum at strangedogs.com (ignore the poodles) that has a lot of info about flashing.

I don't know how good they will be if you can't see anything though. Can you perhaps put two cards into your machine at once?
