Mail problem

i check mail via Mail at home, while i check at office by Outlook, i got the same mails again,

is there a way to get rid of this?



Also at Email in Preference,

I have Mail (1.1) and Mail (1.2) available at the default email reader, so what is the difference between the two?

mail leaves predefinitelly the mail on the server.



set it on the preferences.

A little more elaboration:



Mail 1.2 is the more recent one. Probably best to use that.



As for deleting messages, in Mail Preferences, select the account, click Edit, go to the Advanced pane, tick the "Remove copy from server after retrieving message" box and select "Right away" from the drop-down menu.
