Cannot update iPod

Hey guys,



I've got an iPod 5g and when I connect it to my MacBook, I get the message "Cannot uppdate iPod. An unknown error occured (-48 )."



Then when I click ok, I get the message " Attempting to copy to disk failed. An unknown error occured (-48 )."



Does anybody have any clue why this is happening and what I can do?
