No MBP 17" in UK until February 2007
Dixons, PC world, John Lewis, GHC, and many many other UK sellers of Apple Macs have all said it wil not be until the new year before it is out in the Uk...This seems ridiculous and I am so annoyed that Apple announced this Laptop with limited supply off the bat.
Yes Apple store UK says 7 days...but some UK folk don't buy from Apple stores and buy from high street stores. John Lewis are better as they give 2 years gree guarantee instead of the 1 year offered by Apple HQ.
I have credit at Dixons for 1700 so I am desperate to use my credit on the new MBP 17 but they are saying they don't plan on any stock until Febraury 2007 maybe even as late as April 2007.
John Lewis are getting only 6 in the whole UK before Christmas..They have the product codes on their database but only 6!!!
