5G Ipod USB issues
My supervisor is having issues with his 5G iPod.
Whenever its hooked up to a USB port, its putting up a screen that says
"Firewire connections are not supported, use included USB cord" (or something similar).
It only appears for a split second and then it goes away. After that it either hooks up to the computer just fine or it doesn't.
Its not a problem with the USB cord because the cord works perfectly fine with my iPod.
I've tried restoring it and that didn't fix the problem. It works perfectly fine when hooked up in disc mode.
Anyone know what could be causing the problem.
