LCD Screen problem (Alum PB G4 17")

all of a sudden the lcd screen on my powerbook G4 17" changes to look like, how can I describe this?...it looks like when you don't have the display cable plugged in all the way?...like some of the colors are missing etc??.....I've never seen this before. Is this a known problem?



Of all the times for this to happen, I was just about to start working on some video clips...



If anyone has any idea, please let me know!!
