Sony Ericsson & my MacBook Pro - HELP!

I've recently got myself a brand spanking new Sony Ericsson W950i, and I would very much like to sync it with my MacBook Pro. In particular I want to sync my Address Book and iCal - does anyone know how I can do this?!?!?!?!?



Also - I would like to get a Sat Nav application on the phone - any ideas where I can get it from?
