iMac G3 Airport card vs external USB wifi
Is it better to use the original iMac G3 airport card or get an external USB wifi dongle?
I noticed that even on ebay those airport cards are expensive ($50-100) and I think I'd need the slot adapter for it too. Plus it's appears to only be 802.11b compliant. But it does have an antenna running through the imac it uses so that would probably help with the reception and it doesn't use up a USB slot and less likely that my 2 year old would pull it out and steal it..
This imac is going to be upstairs in another room and used for playing flash games on the internet and stuff.
What would be the better choice?
