I just migrated all my stuff from my imac to my new macbook. i just tried to open a Pages file and it says that the macbook doesn't have the "copperplate gothic" font it needs to display the file properly. obviously, i have that font on my imac but apparently not on the macbook. how can i transfer the font?

On the iMac, look in one of:

    /Library/Fonts

    /Users/yourusername/Library/Fonts

It will be in one of those two places. Copy the file to the corresponding location on your MacBook.

    Done.

thanks. i did what you said, but i still couldn't get pages to recognize that the fonts were there, so I had to restart. that seems to have done the trick
