Freeing HD-space

Hi,



my HD is getting full...

Is there a way i could list all files and folders on my HD so i can sort them on size?

I think i have some big files which i could move to an external disk to free up HD-space.



It's gonna take some time to find them manually...



Any tips to free up HD-space? (Caches? Packages?)
