Hello. I am looking at buying the white macbook. But i was wondering for one if i could use a zune on it. and i want to use the mac os not xp all the time. so is this possible? and second, is it a safe bet to take a macbook to a computer science class for collage next year? or does programing stuff only work on pcs? Anyway thanks for the info.

    1) No, no Zune. MS has decided not to support the Mac.

    2) Yes, I used my Mac for my PhD in computer science. The underlying layers of MacOS X are Unix, which are very CS-class friendly, unless the prof does something bone headed like require Visual Studio... in which case you can run that in XP under Parallels or just boot into it completely for working in VS. No worries.

Not to mention any CS program that wants you to use Visual Studio is one I would transfer out of quickly and save my money.
