Windows Media Player ?

Does anyone here use windows media player?



Is this the only player to play .wmv audio/video ?



I try not to dl wmv/wma but sometimes i have to

    Yup, that's the only thing that will play wmv/wma files, but it won't even play *all* the wma/wmv files because Microsoft won't give Mac users access to some codecs.

    I feel your pain, man. The Mac version of Media Player is a really awful piece of software. I even prefer Real over MS Media Player.

    use windows media player only if you really need to.



    Quicktime, real player and Vlc basically covers all the major files types, including vcds.



    I've downloaded windows media player for 5 mths and yet to used it...
