Anyone in Toronto have a Film/Slide scanner?
Hey all ... I've got a small problem that I'm hoping someone here can help me out with.
Earlier this year, my Dad was diagnosed with cancer and one of the things he has asked me to do for him is scan all of his old slides (from his years travelling the world while working on a supertanker).
I've painfully scanned a portion of them with a flatbed scanner. NOT FUN.
Are there any AI members in Toronto who own a Nikon 4000 or 5000 slide/film scanner that they might be willing to lend to me over a weekend? Bonus points if you have the auto-feeder.
