Mac Mini startup Kernal Panic
I have a early 2006 Mac Mini, 1.83 GHZ, 80GB HD, 512MB RAM, 10.4.8
I had been having a few troubles with it, because it was running really slow for no apparent reason, So yesterday I reinstalled 10.4.5, which came with it on the boot CD. I did not do clean install.
Anyway, this morning, when I started it up, I got a kernal Panic at the boot screen, "starting mac OSX"
every time I restart the computer, the same thing happens, and when I try to hold down shift to start up, the computer displays the white screen/grey apple, but nothing more.
I reinstalled OSX again, and the same thing is happening.
I really do not want to have to perform clean install, as I have alot of unreplaceable things on there.
Any help would really... umm... help.
thanks!
