I just bought a 20' imac and would like to mount it to the wall to have more room on my desk. Anyone know if this can be done or a bracket you can recommend?

I believe the iMacs--like the new Cinema Displays--have VESA compliant mounts.

The new 20" iMacs don't have VESA compliant mounting screws. Only the 24" iMac - and the very first 17" and 20" G5 iMacs (from May 2005?) had them!

None of them had the screws or mount holes, they were available through an add-on that was available separately. But you are correct in what models had an available VESA mount.

The first and second ones. Only the third (iSight) revision did not.

Basically on the ones with a flat back you can mount, ones with a curved back you cannot.

You're right. When the iSight came, the VESA was gone.
