Do you find yourself being repeatedly crushed or put down by thoughtless, irritable miscreants every time you post a contrary point of view on AppleInsider's forums?



Tired of reading their endless rehashing of extremist religious or political viewpoints representative of either Neo-Nazis or Neanderthals?



Feel free to list your favorite offenders, or those who go out of their way to not be Forum Hooligans. No hard feelings.

    I seem to remember that there were definitely some miscreants a while ago, but they seemed to have left by one means or another. As for PO, there's no bullying there, just severe denial.

    I left here two years ago for being a jerk, but after returning here I've noticed:
    • How glacial the response time has become. Used to be pretty quick.

    • The lack of new postings (excluding Future & New Hardware of course)

    • There doesn't seem to be as much "hooliganism" as before (seems to be more spam though).

    I have learned my lessons from here before and from other forums. Stay away from subjects you don't know enough about, respond to the ones you do and contribute more to posters in need of help.



    Also, is it just me but have the latest "new wave" of posters and responders on many forums on the web seem to be the most stupid, rude and just plain ignorant of guidelines these days? I must be getting old.



    Reddit has been a good experience. But dammit if they're not down again for a second time...

    I don't know but I think it's the same thing they call the network between the internal and external network in an organization. :P
