HP DesignJet 450C - help!

I need to find a driver that works for MAC and the HP DesignJet 450 plotter/printer. HP doesn't make one.



Has anybody found a workaround for this? Help! My sister is an architect and just switched from Windows to MAC, and is desperate to find a way to use her huge plotter.

    I thought the GIMP-print drivers would support it. It says so here for version 4.2.4:



    "The following HP DesignJet large-format plotters are now supported: DesignJet 230, 250, 430, 450, 455, 488, 700, 2500, and 3500. Other DesignJet printers may work with one of these drivers."



    All you should need to do is use the printer utility, add printer (with it connected) and assign the correct driver from the list based on the model.



    If that doesn't work, you also get apps like this that say they support those printers:
