Well when me and my friends try and do a video chat using iChat AV, he'll send the inv and ill accept than it waits like 30secs than for me it says: You have failed, and for him it says he failed. Same thing if I invite him any Ideas also when I try with others and he tries with others.

    That can happen if his internet service isn't fast enough. Don't know if that's it... Also, the AIM network isn't always working well everywhere. Try periodically to see if things change.
