Happy New Year! Resolutions?

Happy New Year, everyone! We just made it into the new year 22 minutes ago (Japan time).

Post your resolutions here. We can come back in a year to see how few/many of us succeeded.

My resolution is to lose 5 kilograms (technically, I want to lose 15, but by exercising I will create muscle(in my dreams!), which will keep the extra 10kg). I'm at an even 100kg now, with a nice rounded shape to the mid section. My target is a slimmer-looking 95kg with less body fat.

I resolve to give up smoking. Again.

(And crack, whores, and crack whores. But one step at a time.)

Two things. I resolve 1) to be photographed without wearing any underwear, and 2) to get into a prolonged war of words with Donald Trump.

That would be Hawaii, who is 2 hours behind me.

    New Years resolutions:
    • Drop my PC for an iMac and get my Mum a Macbook

    • Buy an Xserve, for an Email and Web server, also upgrade to a Business Class Connection

    • Learn Python, C, and Objective-C before the end of March

    • Upgrade to Leopard within a weak of the release

    • Never buy another phone under a contract again (in August or September)

    • Learn Latin

    • Start learning Japanese

    • Prepare myself for the High School Proficiency Exam which I plan to take Spring 08

    • Get a new Apartment

    • Buy at least one new Console, I still have just my PS2 and Gamecube (and DS)

    • Buy an iPod, I never needed one before, but the Nano looks Tempting, but I'm waiting to see the 6 Gen

    • Buy a Digital Camera and kill my interest in Photography (or cultivate it, one or the other)

    • Kill my ability to easily read and write 1337. I don't like it

    - Break large, overwhelming projects into manageable small tasks so that I am less likely to procrastinate.

    - Go to bed earlier. Much earlier.

    - Stock up the fridge with healtful stuff, like lots of fresh vegetables, and plenty of ingredients for making huge salads.

    - Start making all kinds of vegetable soups from scratch.

    - Learn to make casseroles.

Yep. I like this list. A lot.
