It counts down till the time the keynote is over.
Enjoy!
I like it, but I hate to burst your bubble it doesn't count down to when the keynote is over. Like all the rest yours counts down to when it starts.

Pacific time sir. It is set to expire at 11:00am (no time zone specified). Unfortunately it is hard to add a time zone in a widget countdown. Those users who live in pacific time, the keynote will end at 11:00am and the countdown will end at 11:00am (pacific time as well). Those who live in central for instance (me), the countdown will expire at 11:00am (central time) or in other words, 9:00am pacific time (when they keynote starts). Despite me living in central time, I designed it according to pacific time, because since the keynote is in pacific time, that makes the most sense if I have to choose one timezone.

As I'm typing this it's 6:26pm on the 2nd January 2007 San Francisco time, your widget reads 6days, 14hours, 34minutes and 00seconds.
So, if we add 6days, 14hours and 34minutes onto this current San Francisco time, it would be 9am on tuesday 9th of January 2007... which if I'm not mistaken is when the keynote starts.
I Like the widget though.

I guess you're right. I would have thought the widget would still count down to 11:00 pacific time when the computer clock was under pacific time. I guess it counts down to 9:00 pacific time because I created it IN central time so it assumes my 11:00 is 11:00 central time, not 11:00 of the timezone that the widget is being run under.
Someone in the pacific time zone wana check this?
Show us the dratted thing!!!
