Boot Camp Question

Hi, I am currently having a problem because I stored a lot of my files from my old windows desktop to my external hdd, not realizing it was fat32 and now I have the 4gig file limit problem. I wanted to convert the external hdd to ntfs, but I need to get the stuff off the external hdd first. I can put in on my mac partition, cause I have enough space, but then as the external will be ntfs, osx cant write it back. I was wondering what sortware there is that will let me view the mac partition from windows on boot camp, so I can use xp to write the files from the fat32 internal mac partition to the external hdd ntfs partition.
