Can Norton Utilities fix this?

I'm having a problem with System Profiler, whenever I open it , it quits with a message "System Profiler unexpectidly quit, no other programs are affected".

Nothing else seems to be wrong, I called Apple tech support and after having me undo my USB connections (knew it couldn't be that as all has been well for months), I was told that I would have to reinstall OS X 10.2.

I sure don't want to do that just for this one problem, I ran Disk Warrior but the problem still persists, should I try Norton Utilities (which I also have)?

Is this the type of problem either DW or NU can fix?

I don't think NU's Disk Doctor can fix something DiskWarrior couldn't. You could try replacing your "Apple System Profiler.app" app with the one from your 10.2 CD.
