I have a 20" Apple Cinema Display (the aluminium one) and a G4 Quicksilver. My G4 does not have a DVI port. What do I need to buy so I can use my new Cinema Display. Do I need an adapter? Or do I need to buy a new video card? I would like to be able to use the screen at the highest resolution possible (2560x1600). If I get an adaptor would I still be able to have the display at the highest resolution? I would appreciate any advice! Thanks in advance!!!

You can't use the 20" ACD at 2560x1600.

For anyone that has one of these annoying ports, I'd suggest grab an adapter pretty quickly. If my search for an ADC to VGA adapter is any clue, it might be sold out or discontinued just about everywhere. An ADC to DVI adapter might be pretty hard to find. I ended up buying one on the Amazon Marketplace service.
