will apple keep there support in USA and other english countries. I in no way mean to be mean. its just that i have phoned dell and have a little bit of difficulty understanidng the people there. And i love calling apple support (the seldom time i had to for my iPod) and i got easy to understand and great great support people. will apple continue to do this. and for apple "computer" what are the support opperating hours. Thanks in advance

    i've heard people with good support and people with bad support, you just gotta be lucky i guess.

    i think they currently outsource in india for a couple of call centers.. but for the most part located in us / can

    I'd take an indian accent over a North Carolina country accent any day.
