Awesome Service!!

I havent posted here in a loooong time, but I though I should share my recent customer experience!



I recently ordered an iMac 24" from Apple, which was delivered propmply with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I set it up and it was working perfectly. A truly beautiful computer!!



Then, I discovered that I had, in error, ordered my keyboard with an international-english typeset. I really wanted one with a Norwegian typeset...



I called Apple and explaine that I had made a mistake when ordering, and asked if they had a solution - If I could order the keys and exchange them myself, etc.



The lady put me on hold, and when she came back she suggested that Apple refunded me the cost of the keyboard, and that I should just go ahead and order a new one from the Apple Store. When I asked if she wanted the other one in return she just responded with "No, you can hold on to that one".



I must say... This is real customer service!! Not at all similar to my recent experiences with ToCad America
