refurbished notebooks

just wondering what forum members feel about purchasing refurbished apple notebooks from apple? is it worth purchasing just to save a few hundred $'s?

Just few topics down, this was discussed.
I personaly have purchased all my macs refurbished. They have the same warranty, are cheaper, and if tour really good, you might get a bonus prize!!

I'have always gotten a better mac than listed. my first iMac came with a gig of ram. And i got thet 2500gb hard drive instead of the 160. Things like that. 'Twas a joke.
