OK, Microsoft plans to redo windows from scratch and release it by 2010. Lets, play a game: what will happen first?

1) Mass Fusion Power

2) Warp Drive

3) Everything is hunky-dory in Iraq

4) Apple puts stickers on Macs

That aside, is it even technically feasible to redo windows from scratch?

Yes, I know about Windows Vienna. Where did Microsoft assert that it "is going to be a complete rewrite"?
