I?m using the Mail app in the 10.4.8!

I use two accounts in the Mail app and sometimes it gives me an error in the smtp:

What a hell is this? Is this adress in the Mail app... i can't find were is...

I test with other mail app like Entourage, Thunderbird and i don't experience this kind of problem. I love Mail app but i can't use it because this little thinh is always bugging me and don't sen my e-mail's.

Tips?

Regards

One is from gmail and it's working fine(normal gmail config), the other, is normal smtp server and pop but with no ssl.

Do you think that the problem is in the settings?

Give me your e-mail and i send you screenshots with the account's settings.

I'm confused as to where this Box URL thing is coming up. Is that your email provider? Gmail accounts are fairly straightforward, I think the problem may lie with the other account.

You can post the pictures on Photobucket.com, I set up an accountname and password, I will PM that to you.

Hi Murdock, can you change your AppleInsider forums to accept PrivateMessages?

Cool. I had my aunt's ISP change some SMTP settings and she too was like, WTF? (well more like What The Heck). Naughty ISPs.
