Apple asked to pay blogger legal fees

I read this article on Slashdot today and I thought it was a good move in the right direction by the court. While I like Apple's products and their secrecy to support innovation, they were blatantly wrong in trying to use the legal system to bully reporting organizations. Maybe their constant interaction with the RIAA is to blame.

That just proves how screwed up this society is. The right to protects one's intellectual property and the right to protect oneself from false information is being perverted by the very body that is suppose to be protecting it. The same goes for truth. Truth has no validity in todays society. Any "journalist" can get paid for spreading lies and rumor without consequence.

This has gotten so out of control that the citizens themeless have been brainwashed to the point where they believe that criminal behavior is the norm, or worst, acceptable.

Corporate espionage is now legal as long as the "Press" reveals clandestine findings.
