Primary & Secondary DNS on a G3 laptop???

I have a Linksys wireless router on my desk top which works okay, plus an Orinoco wireless card on my G3 laptop running OS 9.2.2. All my settings on the laptop are okay and getting a strong signal from the router, but can't get an internet connection. I get this error message "Network error # -3264".They told me to put in a Primary & Secondary DNS address, but I can't find the option anywhere even after doing a search for DNS.?? Do I have this and if so where?
