I ordered mine (black, 2GB of RAM, everything else stock) back on January 27th and I was originally told it would ship by February 1st, but on the 1st, it changed to the 6th-14th. I just got an email, though, saying it shipped from China today and I should expect it tomorrow.
Someone else mentioned somewhere (I don't remember where) that theirs had been switched roughly to and from the same timeframe as mine.
