I'm kinda stuck right now... Should I sell my old PowerMac 9600/200MP, and PowerMac G3 w/G4 upgrade card... or keep them. I never use them anymore, but it just seems like they are classic macs that I should keep! I want to get some new LCD monitors to replace my aging CRTs and would have to sell these to afford them..... IDK what to do! What do you guys think.. Sell and get monitors, or keep?

Get rid of them! I'm about to get rid of 2 perfectly good old monitors, a PMac G3 and a PMac G4, and replace all of it with a 24" iMac. Don't cling to the old stuff. It won't be 'collectible' for 30 years.

I agree - sometimes you just have to .... let go.

Yes, sell, I think you do need to move on. For example, your signature still talks about G5s (??) 8)

Good luck, welcome to the Intel world. It's the hip company to be with in the late 00's

There is no easy way to run Classic apps on the Intel machines so if you have some old games or apps you still like then you will need something to run them on. Sell those towers and pick up an old G3 iBook so you can run some of the older stuff.

Let it go. Although we still have a TAM, it is now only used to play CD's. Those 2 machines aren't the classic type so I don't think they will be collectors item.
