Copy error

ive got this stupid lacie drive that continues to give me problems... i copied some files to it, and now they wont copy back over to my mac. at the end of many different files, i get the error "some data couldnt be read or written (error code -36)". i really need this stuff back on my mac... help! what the hell can i do



god i hate this damn lacie external

    alright i powered down the lacie, tried a firewire port on the back of my mac pro and some of the files are copying now... strange.
