AE 7 installation help!!

i had the crack for the AE7 and it was working fine,

but when i got it back from the genius bar it had been reseted to trial mode,

even worst, now i cant even use the program!



ive tried re-installing it and such but even if i install it again it doesnt even go to trial mode.



does anybody know how to delete all the preferences so i can install it from scratch?
