Would this work for RAID?

I'd like to have an external hard drive with mirrored RAID (I think that's RAID 1)



Can I take the following:



1. SEAGATE ST3300601CB-RK External 300GB Hard Drive (x2)

2. BELKIN F5U526-APL External 6-Port Firewire Hub (x1)

3. Mac OS X Tiger (x1)



And by using these instructions:

To create an external RAID 1 setup? I know that it would create an issue with alot of wires, but it should work, right? I wouldn't need anymore software or hardware?



I figure it will work, but I just want to make sure.
