Can someone please provide an email address (via pm of course) for US or Canada? Someone specific would be nice so I know it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.

    I think most of us do not have such information... Good luck. Hopefully you can find something through your local Apple Store, or Apple Reseller, or Apple.Com.
