apple store down....

japan store & US store seem to be down... and on a sunday... funny. i'm assuming this must be some kind of technical problem?

    Woah... what could it be this time? Maintenance I'm guessing... but it could just be preperations for the AppleTV, and they probably figured no one would be on right now.

    Totally. End of March, announcement. April full shipping all new Macs with Leopard. Those Macs bought 60 days or less before April 1st free/discount upgrade coupon to Leopard.

    Well tomorrow is the last Tuesday in Feb. Not that I give a shite bout Apple TV, i want Leopard and an Apple television.

    Just for the record, there were times in the past when Apple closed temporarily the online store for maintenance just a few days before announcing an update.

    Heh. There were also times in the past when new stuff gets updated into the Store on Tuesday morning USA (Pacific usually) time. So... Just over 24+ hours and mmm... yummy new updates. iMac bump, MacBook 15", no subnotebook, MacPro 8 core, new CinemaDisplays(??? I don't feel it...) and... finally, Core2Duo for Mac Mini. Hooray!
