monkey island cd (mac version) play on os x

hi everyone,

i`ve a new macbook and wish to play old lucas arts games such as monkey island on my os x.

i have a special game pack from lucas arts with

-the secret of monkey island, indiana jones and the last crusade, loom, pipe dream, everything on one cd ( its a mac version cd) i could play it when i was 15 on my old mac. but now it does`nt work anymore with os x. has anybody an idea? i heard something about scummvm but i don't know if it works also with mac-version cd- games. has anybody been sucessful with mac-version games?

unfortunately i'm not that sophisticated with computers so pleas give answers which also idiots can understand.

    You want ScummVM.



    Download it, open it up, and then click (I think) "Add Game..." and select your game. Click OK and press play!



    Use the F1 key to open up it's menu so you can save your game.

    now i face another problem. At the beginning of the game indiana jones last crusade it is asked some kind of protection code. Any idea how to get this code?

    Try entering anything. I think the VM bypasses it. Otherwise, hopefully you have an instruction manual with your CD
