Lexmark compatability with OS X 10.4.8

I have just bought a Lexmark E120 after reading the glowing ***** review of this printer in Macuser magazine:

However, to my great disappointment it appears the printer is not yet compatible with OS X 10.4.8. Does anyone know a work around for this problem, are Lexmark good with driver updates?





I have a 2ghz Macbook

2 gb memory
