Macbook Help!!!

If you are only going to be running the bare essentials like keynote and i photo do you need to start off with 2gb of ram or is 1gb ok for now?

    1 gb will work. Get it and upgrade to 2 gbs later as prices come down. It is supposedly easy on a Macbook to add ram.
