LCD!!! Help

I need a 20+ inch flat panel and i would like to spend less than 400. Im doing photoshop and painter work, I would also prefer something that pivots from landscape to portrait. I had looked at the 20" cinema apple but it doesnt have that ability to pivot. So for now im gonna go with something a little less expensive and then upgrade when the next line of Apple cinemas come out. Help. Can anyone suggest a good one, Viewsonic? Samsung? help
