Safari - autocomplete in add bar can't be removed!

My address bar in Safari remembers the websites I've visited. I've tried clearing the cache, resetting safari, and even deleting the hostory.plist file, but there are certain websites that it still remembers, and there are some sites I'm not even aware of.

Can anyone please help me remove the 'memory' of my safari?

There has to be a way. Many thanks.

It also pulls the candidates for completion from your bookmarks. Is the one your trying to get read of in you bookmarks? (not history).
