I looked for some too. There isn't any. There is a one month free trial to ConceptDraw, which can make flowcharts and much more. It is $299 and is a professional program.
Omnigraffle is $69.95. It lets you use it in trial mode, but you can only make 20 elements, and a line is an element and a box is an element. Needless to say most flow charts require more than 20 elements.

There is also a program for OS 9 called Flow Chart Maker at http://www.tensionsoftware.com/flowchartmaker/
It's not free though.
