This better not be an April Fools! AppleTV running full fledged OSX!
Behold!

If this is real that's pretty awesome. A $299usd, warrantyless mac on "your big screen tv."
How many people would be interested in that?
Of course the ultimate hack would be being able to use a usb hub to attach an external drive as well as the keyboard and boot OSX from that leaving the original appleTV OS intact.
Dual boot between AppleTV OSX and Full OSX? Mmmmmm, I can taste it already.

Running Mac OS X with 256MB? No thanks.
yup, exactly, but the hacks that are now possible boggle the mind. nobody is going to run photoshop on this, it has other purposes.
Well, thanks to the power of Google, we can still see it:

Take that, you fiends.
Of course the guy might have over stepped his ISP limit but we should always suspect the lawyers, RIAA, MPAA first.
The site working for me.
it was /.'d earlier (on http://www.slashdot.org). slashdot effect. might even have been digged (http://www.digg.com) too. that'll usually bring a site to its knees.
