I am wondering where the Power Supply is located in a Mac Pro, and what it's dimensions are.

Can anyone answer either of those questions?

I think that's the PSU that they use.

That is much bigger than I thought. Watt wise. I also didn't expect it to be SLI certified for the 8800. Are you sure that's even old enough to be in the last gen Mac pro?

The model is about 2 and a half or 3 years old, though that's the newest revision with 4 PCI-E connectors and such.

Are you basing it just on the specs? I'm not saying the Mac Pro PSU isn't based on the circuitry and same internal parts as that thing, but the form factor is different than that in several ways. There is no integrated power switch, no rear fan, it is a front pusher rather than a rear puller that most Wintel boxes seem to use. The Mac Pro PSU is 10cm tall, 19cm wide and 20cm long. That PCP&C unit is 8.6x 15 x 23. The Mac Pro unit also has several plugs in the front rather than a single harness.
