Is there a way to change the size of the arrow and hand in OSX? I can see how to change the speed of the arrow but I can't find other sizes.
Some people lose their keys, wallets or purses... I lose my arrow on busy screens.

Universal access in System Preferences.
What really pisses me off about the Mac is the curosr's slow speed, and lack of acceleration.
Although my new MX Revelotion is quicker than the Mighty Mouse.
If you don't want to lose your mouse you should try
Mouseposé
.

If you don't like the low cursor speed, there are free control panels that can alter that.
Of course, I can't stand Windows's jumpy cursor
