Syncing iPod

I added a new song to my Library and I connected my iPod Nano to my PC, it said my iPod was full, so I deleted a song then it came up with "Would you like a syncing playlist" and without thinking I pressed yes, soon after, I deleted this playlist, so now, when I connect my iPod to sync it (after i have deleted a few songs) it says, "Songs on the iPod cannot be updated because all of the playlists selected for syncing no longer exist." I have tried unintsalling iTunes then installing again but this doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or maybe know how to choose playlists for syncing or reverting back to making the library sync as usual?
