Quicktime Vr Authoring on a PC

Does anyone know of any free methods to making Quicktime VR Panorama's on a PC? I have to use a PC to do this so I have not choice but don't want to buy any of the PC software since I have QuickTime Vr Author for my brand new Powerbook. I need to do this on a PC unfortunately however and need a solution for this. Please help!!!
